Guthrie, Lorna v Lamaze, Eric
Read through the public documents. It’s pretty wild.

lol love the h and h article. for the many who oddly think eric is such an amazing individual for whatever reason clearly don’t want to realize that he really is quite a horrible human being. i wonder how much “disease” he’s carrying around along with the “cancer” loved hearing firsthand some of the extracurricular activities like the alexa white (crack whore) brock clermont and eric 3 some lol think it was mayonaise sandwich time for all 3 and no hole was left unexplored male and female. putting that aside i love that they asked the opinion of that dipshit avery chapman lol. that man doesn’t know a damn thing lol what a joke.

So Nikka was part of the winning Nations Cup Team yesterday at WEF. This will inflate the horse’s value and will further complicate the legal case. Owner is listed as Rein.

I’m loving all of the posts from the Canadian riders after their win last night praising Captain Canada. Seems they all threw Eric out with the garbage and they are having far more success without him. So when does the sheriff pick up Nikka? Or will she break like every other horse Beth rides?

His biography is coming out May 3rd, written by Kamel Boudra.

"I am very pleased to announce the release on May 3rd of my biography of Eric Lamaze.
It was in 2008 in China for the Olympic Games that my special relationship with the Canadian began.
The jumping star is annoyed by journalists and even worse by the paparazzi who have been chasing him for 15 years.
We will follow each other around the world, he straddles me to my post as commentators.
Eric Lamaze asked me to write his biography.
I accepted but with two conditions:
I don't want censorship and I want to be able to meet the actors in his life whom I want to interview without restriction.
So I started a long journey, from Europe to the North American continent.
Tracking down a caribou is not always easy.
More than the incomparable life of the champion it is a family saga that I tell you.
The book is in preview available at the Saut-Hermes. "

It also appears that Reins daughter Cassidy rides with Nick Skelton and Laura Kraut now.

Eric holds a small financial interest in Nikka. I don't believe they can garnish something the majority of which is owned by another party.

Garnish, no.

But what a court can do, which has more or less the same effect, is order a Partition By Sale, meaning that the remaining stakeholders have a choice:

(1) they can give the court (on behalf of a successful plaintiff) the money that Eric's stake would owe, then directly sue Eric themselves to cover that loss, while keeping the asset (the horse).

Or

(2) they can sell the asset for whatever price they get, give the court what Eric's stake would owe, then directly sue Eric both for the loss of his stake, and (likely) and for any loss in profit of having to hurriedly sell the asset (much harder to prove, especially on a single transaction, but still possible).
