Tragedy at Fox Lea?

have been at two different shows where people died. one was a recognized show and one was a schooling show. both shows continued.

I just hope that there will be an investigation and something will be done to improve the safety of equestrian helmets (not just that one study published by Virginia Tech that concentrates on only one cause of concussion). Thoughts with the family and everyone involved and witnessed.
