Apparently the story circulating locally is that he was arguing with Tommy and Lincoln was on the horse and rode over to where they were arguing, which then put the horse in the line of fire 
It speaks volumes that no one is surprised by anything other than the horse being the victim!

That whole family is crazy. I live about 19 minutes from his place and they are always burning bridges. It was a matter of time before they were held accountable.

This is why many stay far away from the russels….. and them some.
