New hunter rider

I saw that Brianne Goutal took over hunter riding duties from Tori. Anybody have any info on that choice? Seemed to have a good showing at WEF 1.

I think Brianne’s eq went out the window, she looks all hunched over. Obviously I know it doesn’t matter in the hunters but I thought it was distracting. She did get results though. I wonder whose choice it was, Tori‘s or the Ingram‘s?

Looks like Tori has plenty of rides right now. Looks like she has a thriving business and plenty of sponsors. People grow and move on. I highly doubt there is a story here...

yes agree. doubt tori is at a shortage for business. never would have chosen brianne goutal as a hunter rider any which way.

I know Brianne was showing some hunters last summer and at Indoors. She did a nice job on the ones I saw, and won her fair share.

On a similar note, anyone know what's up with Peter Pletcher now working closely with the Gochmans? PJP has posted about both Becky and Mimi's hunter results, but Scott is still riding some horses owned by Gochman Ventures LLC, while it seems the personal horses of the family are owned by Gochman Sport Horses

Wondering the same about Pete, but I believe that eons ago Gochman's rode with him. So may be a return to Texas? Didn't they own a sporting goods chain there the same eons ago? Also why is Peter not riding Susie Baker's chestnut horse. Jeff is. Is PJP not riding any longer?

You're right, they trained with him like a decade ago. And it seems that Jef is doing all the riding. I haven't seen Peter ride at all except for some classes on Montauk for the Gochman's week 0.... interesting
